Pretend for long enough and you can do it for real.
Over 40 years ago, My flying instructor(Sekovanic) said to me I don’t have to be in a plane learning to fly all I had to do was to do a mental rehearsal and go though the motions.
The mind does not differentiate between real and imagination and it’s why imagination is so powerful.
Practice and rehearsal are the same thing.
