The purpose of this blog is a quick introduction to Design Thinking and the Customer Journey.

I first came across Design Thinking in the 1990s when I introduced it to many business units.

IDEO very kindly gave me a video at that time to socialise the ideas, now thanks to youtube, I would like to share it with you.

It proves any team can develop innovative new products.

Here is the genesis of Design Thinking.

Some ideas are never too old and take time to mature and grow.

I am a big fan of Jacob Neilsen and to any designer would warmly recommend his course.  I found them packed with insight and enjoyable so I thought you might find his take on design thinking useful.

As they say there is no such thing as a “creative type” and their is a lot of really doing in design.
